The snowpack in the USA is below average for today’s date in nearly every ski location in the Western USA.

Only Lake Tahoe & Utah have ski areas with significatly above average snowpack.

Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming are hurting right now…

  • Lake Tahoe, CA/NV
  • Little & Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude)
  • Central & Southern Utah (Brian Head & Eagle Point)

  1. You’re looking at snow-water equivalent, which is not the same as snow depth, which is normally associated with “snow pack.” Unless your pimping bs climate change, aka global warming, drivel. Wake up. Or keep being a dumbass. Just don’t breed. Please.

    In other news, Whistler had an epic deep opening… Baker is deep as sh*t (what’s new?)… Stevens is open before December… And Crystal will be all cylinders go this weekend… oh, yeah, almost forgot that Reve already has almost 200″ of snowfall, UT just got blasted with 4′ in two days, and CO is posting solid pow days!
