NOAA has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Snowshoe ski resort in WV as well as all over West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington DC.

NOAA is calling for 6-8″ snowfall totals.

* WHAT...Periods of light snow this afternoon. Additional accumulations of 1 to 2 
inches this afternoon. Storm total snow accumulations of 6 to 8 inches, with 
locally higher amounts on the ridges.

Snowshoe has already seen 6″ of snow in the past 24 hours.
