NOAA: Winter Weather Advisory Issued For WA | 4-10″ of Snow Above 2,500ft Today

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Washington. It is in effect from 4:00am Today – 4:00pm this afternoon. Snow levels are expected to hover between 2,500ft and 3,000ft throughout the day.

Including Amanda Park, Hurricane Ridge, Quinault, Concrete,
Lyman, and Hamilton

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
 snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches are expected. The snow
 level will be around 3000 feet in the Olympics and 2500 feet in
 the Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

* WHERE...Olympics, and Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties,
 including Hurricane Ridge and the Mount Baker ski area.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM PST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for winter weather driving
 conditions and reduced visibilities at times.
