NOAA’s Official Summer Outlook For The USA:

The National Weather Service just released its official outlook for June, July, and August 2019.

It calls for above average temperatures along the coasts and above average precipitation throughout much of the country.

“For those curious about the summer, the Climate Prediction Center released their new outlook a couple days ago. For June-July-August, a slight hedge toward warmer than normal, and a bit more confidence in wetter than normal in our region.”
