Red Bull has announced the rider list for this year’s Red Bull Rampage. We are stoked to see what the boys have in store this year.
This will be the 11th time that the world’s best racers, freeriders, and slopestyle riders will meet in the desert of Virgin, Utah, to determine a champion. Each year the jumps at the bottom of the course get bigger and bigger. And the tricks thrown down get more technical. But the judging still relies heavily upon line choice and fluidity.
New this year- The event was removed from the Freeride Mountain Bike World Tour (FMB).  The other events in the tour were purely slopestyle- tricks were the main judging point. It didn’t make sense to group Rampage in there because it is such a unique mountain bike event. Stomping huge tricks won’t guarantee you a victory. Rampage is FREERIDE at it’s purest roots.
