VIDEO: Snowboarder Almost Buried by TWO Avalanches Manages to Float Out to Safety

A snowboarder had a lucky escape last week in Val d’Aran, Spain when he triggered TWO avalanches within seconds of dropping in.

The rider manages to maintain his balance after a layer of snow breaks off immediately, then when the second of the avalanches is triggered, he manages to coast on top of the snow until he reaches the base.

“A huge avalanche almost buried me but I floated on top of it and everything turned out okay, even though I was very scared. This was in the valley of Aran.”
