Snowvana will Feature Deals and Stoke for Northwest Skiers and Riders

Toyota presents the 8th Annual Snowvana, November 3-5, at the Portland Expo. The Northwest’s largest snow sports festival features three days of films, new and slightly used gear up to 70% off, 20+ ski resorts, interactive features, and live music for snow riders of all ages.

120+ features, activities, and exhibits from resorts, snow sports brands, and sponsors will provide fun and entertainment for skiers, snowboarders, and families who love sliding on snow. Many of the Northwest’s most popular resorts, including Mt. Hood Meadows, Mt. Bachelor, White Pass, and Crystal Mountain, will be on hand to share what’s new for 22/23.

The Mt. Hood Film Festival, presented by White Claw, offers 18 film showings and shorts by some of the world’s top filmmakers. Snowvana admission gives attendees access to all films in a high-definition, surround-sound theater environment. The filmmakers include Teton Gravity Research, Matchstick Productions, Level 1 Productions, Blank Collective Films, and Faction.

The Snowvana Amateur Film Competition winners will talk about their films and receive awards and cash prizes of $ 5,000. Screening schedule here.

1000 Free Kids Skis

Next Adventure will give 1000 free skis to “never-ever” kids. “My first pair of skis” will allow kids to practice walking in skis and get accustomed to the awkward feeling of “oversized feet.”

“Gear-Tree” Auction

Bid on a fresh-cut holiday tree sponsored and decorated with loads of merchandise from snow sports brands. 100% of proceeds will benefit Snowdays Foundation – Empowering Youth Through Snowboarding.

The Crater Lake Spirits Music Stage will feature various Portland artists playing throughout the event. Music schedule here.

The North Lake Snowrider Fitness Center will offer fitness and flexibility evaluations for injury prevention and pre-season training. Plus, enter the gut-busting North Lake Plank Contest daily – each winner takes home a pair of Atomic Bent Chetler skis.
