Squaw only got 4-inches of new snow last night and the place went off.
Watching Squaw today was like watching a ski movie.
Big hucks, large spins, obnoxious amounts of backflips, and at least one spectacular crash.
Headwall face was steep, creamy, fast.
Rainbow Bowl off Shirley Lake chair was dreamy.
Mainline Pocket was icy on the face and spongy on the landing.
That bump under the chair on Siberia was the scene of a backflip/360º train like we’ve never seen…
Today was an incredibly fun day at Squaw Valley, CA.
We’re hoping for the Palisades tomorrow morning.
