Steamboat Ski Resort in Colorado has introduced a new dining option on the mountain – the Taco Beast. The Beast is a snowcat that has been turned into a taco truck, and is the first of the Snowlicious food truck concept in North America! The cat was manufactured by Prinoth in Colorado, whom Steamboat has collaborated with for the past 24 years. Specialized technicians made sure that the snowcat was fully operational upon delivery.

The Vice President of Food and Beverage at Steamboat, Rob Spence, believes that the truck is a great choice for the resort and its guests. It will offer variety and a new, novel idea to the slopes.

The Taco Beast will offer:

  • Carne Asada and Al Pastor Trail Tacos (aka street tacos)
  • Breakfast Burritos
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Beer and Margaritas
  • DJ Music and a party!
