NOAA’s Official Early Winter 2015/16 Outlook for the USA: Nov, Dec, Jan

NOAA’s November, December, January temperature outlook showing below average temperatures in New Mexico and the south central USA. Below average temperatures are forecast in pacific northwest, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, the northeast, and all of Alaska.

NOAA just release their early winter outlook for the USA yesterday. They released temperature and precipitation maps for this coming November, December, and January. These maps continue to show an El Nino pattern with a warm and dry pacific northwest and a wet southwest.
