Aspen Skiing Co. revealed their pass options for the upcoming season yesterday, which included the announcement that they will be charging customers to ski uphill. No Charges for Snowboarder Who Triggered Missoula Avalanche

There will be no charges filed against the Missoula snowboarder who triggered the February 28th slide that ran into a neighborhood.
