All good things must come to an end.  Timberline Lodge and Ski Area, the only ski resort in North America still operating, has announced that it will shut down its summer operations on Sunday, August 13, 2023. Mammoth Mountain, CA Will Finally CLOSE on August 6th | Open 270 Days This Season!

Mammoth Mountain, CA has had an EPIC season.  There is no other way to describe it. Mammoth saw 618โ€ณ of snowfall and they were open for 270 days this season!  Their 2nd longest season ever. Tioga Pass, CA Will CLOSE on Sunday at 4:00pm Due to SNOW, Possibly for Season

Beartooth Basin Conditions Report & Photos | Closing Date = June 25th

Alpine Meadows CLOSES This Weekend | Last Tahoe Ski Resort Still Alive & Kickinโ€™ | Full Operations & Events Schedule

If youโ€™re anywhere near Tahoe, you need to get up to Alpine Meadows this weekend.  Alpine held out the longest and itโ€™s much appreciated.  There will be zero ski resorts open in Tahoe after Alpine shuts its lifts down on Sunday.  There is still some fun skiing to be had out there.  Get it while itโ€™s hotโ€ฆ literallyโ€ฆcheck out the forecast [โ€ฆ]
