Californiaโs Water Conservation Project To See Reduced Allocations Due To Below-Average Winter California has now experienced its second consecutive dry winter, which has prompted state water managers to reduce allocations to the state water project. Looks Like No Significant Snow in Tahoe The Rest of 2013โฆ This is the updated CFS image from the 1st of January through the 26th.
