Forest Service Backs Alta Snowboarder Ban | Asks Judge to Dismiss Case

The Forest Service has stepped into the Four Snowboarders vs. Alta lawsuit over the ‘unconstitutional’ ban of snowboarding from Alta, and has asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit against Alta.
