191 MPH Winds Recorded at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, CA on Monday

It got a little breezy at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows in California on Monday… …Gusts were recorded at top speeds of 191 mph!  Wow. The highest recorded wind speed on Earth was 253 mph recorded on Barrow Island, Australia in 1996.  The highest recorded wind speed for North America is 231 mph recorded on Mount Washington, New Hampshire in 1934.
