2-3 Feet of Snow Possible for Tahoe This Week! A storm might be coming into the Tahoe region this week. Right now, models are saying this storm will hit Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Forecast models are agreeing on somewhere around 2-3 feet of snow at the highest elevations. The only problem with this storm is going to be snow levels. If it had been correct the past two months, we’d have received 13″ of liquid or roughly 130″ of snow this season. What is interesting in this chart, notice how the Hudson Bay area up in Canada gets very little precipitation.
