Florida Man Dies Sledding After Hours at Resort

A Florida man was killed last Friday night, Jan. 31. at Sugar Mountain Resort in North Carolina after sledding at the resort after it had closed. This past March & April, I spent 30 days camping, skiing, and climbing with 8 Aussies on the Shoup glacier just side of Valdez, Alaska. We had an incredible experience out there and even had a string of 18 sunny days in a row at one point.
