Turoa, New Zealand VIDEO – Spring Skiing at its Best

Guy LaDouche | | Post Tag for Conditions ReportConditions Report

Turoa Ski Field in New Zealand has been having a spring to remember. With a solid base close to 3 meters for most of the spring, clear blue skies, and warm afternoon temps, this is some of the best spring skiing I’ve ever had. The groomers have been ripping in the mornings and the rest of the snow off piste is soft by lunch. By afternoon, its GAME ON with soft, fast, hucktastic snow all over the mountain.

Here’s a fun edit from Tyler Kirk and the homies showing us how it’s done in Turoa Parks. Churrrrrr bro.

Also another short edit from OJ of a trip to the summit. Check out that New Zealand spring pow that was slayed on the way down!
