The solar eclipse is less than a week away and there are a lot of people getting excited about viewing this once-in-a-lifetime event. There are a lot of great places to check out the total solar eclipse from states in the Southern U.S. like Texas to states in the Northeast like Maine. It is being built up as an event that will attract millions of visitors and if you are in the Midwest or the Northeast, there are plenty of ski resorts planning events to watch the solar eclipse.

The solar eclipse is Monday, April 8, and these are the five ski resorts spread out throughout Midwest and Northeast that will be in the path of totality.
