Squaw Valley has gotten 41″ of snow in the past 7 days, they have a 42″ base, and they have gotten 75-110″ of snowfall this season.

According to NOAA, the Lake Tahoe region snowpack in at 83% of average to date.

A Gulf of Alaska storm is forecast to impact Lake Tahoe this weekend and drop 6-12″ of snow.

  1. Looks good. No reason why all those chairs won’t be open this weekend ,,, Even Silverado… But I’m suspecting they won’t !

    1. Granite Chief tomorrow! Everything is on the schedule except Silverado which needs way more snow at the bottom. Now just need bodies to swing the chairs.
