The “Flaming A” logo is approximately 18 inches tall at its highest point. The cam is cleared around 5:00 am during the morning snow report.

The above photo is from Arapahoe Basin, CO, on *checks calendar* June 2nd. That’s right; it’s snowing in Colorado.

Arapahoe Basin is the only resort still open in Colorado and one of only five in North America. These few inches will surely make the next few days a closing weekend to remember.

For the closing weekend, skiers and riders can enjoy live music, share the stoke of an incredible season, and get some final Summit County resort turns in for the year.

Opening the earliest, on October 23, and closing the latest, June 4, in Summit County, boasting 224 days of skiing and riding, Arapahoe Basin is the place to be to finish your season.

A-Basin has a 37″ base and has seen over 260″ of fresh snow this season.
