France just announced that it will be closing all ski resorts due to Coronavirus.
France was the last major skiing destination European country to do so.
There are 252 ski resorts in France.

Skiing in Europe is now effectively over for the season.
The USA is also on its way to closing all its ski resorts as Vail & Alterra have closed their 48 ski resorts due to Coronavirus.
