This video is from August 29th, 2017 after Las Lenas, Argentina got a big snowfall and conditions were clearly deep and epic.

Here’s what we know:

It’s 60ºF at the base of Las Lenas right now.

It’s been a warm, dry season at Las Lenas, Argentina this year.

They just opened the south faces off the Marte chair for the very first time 2 yesterday.  That’s bad.

We also learned that Eduardo’s run (the most iconic run at Lenas as it’s directly front and center in front of the entire ski area) has also been closed most of the season and just recently opened for the season for a couple of days last week then closed again.

Yesterday, everything opened.  Hopefully it’ll stay that way for a bit.
