What a season it has been. Six months ago, we weren’t even sure if we’d have one in North America; Europe certainly hasn’t had one.
Now, as most resorts start closing, we’re looking around for those few resorts that remain open as long as conditions allow. Below are the resorts that will be open in May and their expected closing dates (subject to change). Hopefully, some of these will stay open even longer…

Arizona Snowbowl, AZ – Thurs-Sunday through May 2
Banff Norquay, AB – bonus weekends April 23-25, and April 30-May 2
Banff Sunshine, AB – May 24
Breckenridge, CO – May 31st
Killington, VT – May 2nd
Lake Louise, AB – May 2
Loveland, CO – May 9th
Mammoth Mountain, CA – May 31st
Marmot Basin, AB – May 2
Mt. Bachelor, OR – May 30th
Mt. Hood Meadows, OR – May 1st
Snowbird, UT – May 31st
Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, CA – as late as weather and conditions allow
Whistler Blackcomb, BC (scheduled to open May 24th)
Winter Park, CO (Mary Jane) – May 9th
