Palisades Tahoe Operations Update for April 5 – Written by Liz Worgan

We’ve been enjoying these small, frequent storms throughout the last week and we hope you have, too. As we move into April, we are in full Spring Skiing Capital mode and planning for almost 2 more months of skiing and snowboarding. Here’s what you need to know:

End of Season Information:

Operating Hours

While we may adjust operating hours as the weather warms, right now we remain open from 9am-4pm. Any updates regarding operating hours will be communicated promptly through this blog, our social media accounts, and our Operations Blog email list.

Alpine

Alpine will be wrapping up its winter season on Sunday, April 28th. While we understand some may be disappointed by Alpine closing earlier than Palisades, it’s worth noting that Alpine remained open six weeks longer than usual last year. The extended ski season last year means we had less time to complete maintenance work in the off-season. This year’s closure allows us to begin maintenance work promptly.

Palisades

Palisades will continue operations until Monday, May 27th, with full 7-day-a-week operations until the very end (weather & conditions permitting). Don’t miss out on the Made in Tahoe Festival on May 25th and 26th, preceding our Closing Day festivities.
