What a great way to celebrate the final day of August––with snow.
SilverStar Mountain Resort in Vernon, BC, got a dusting yesterday as a system moved in. This is an arctic low-pressure system which is forecasted to move from West to East, so the snow will quickly find itself into the Canadian Rockies shortly after the Coastal Range.
Mother Nature brought us a little present for the last day of August
