This past season (2023), was one for the books in Utah. I started my season in Utah, skiing early laps of Suicide Chute in October???, and ending it on those same lines in mid-July! This years record setting snowfall did not disappoint, and you can see I was taking full advantage of that.

2023 was a wild one in Utah.

Little Cottonwood Canyon saw over 100″ of snow in October.

We skied Suicide Chute on 11,000′ Mt. Superior on October 28th!

Mid-season we had some wild powder days.

We even got down and skied the red rock hoodoos of southern Utah in March.

We ended our Utah ski season skiing Main Chute on 11,000′ Mt. Baldy at Alta UT, Suicide Chute, and Pipeline Couloir at Snowbird all in late July!

Alta saw 903″ of snow last year – an obvious record.

Thanks, Utah!
