The Master of POV Returns with Dub Tales 8 | Nutty Jackson Hole Footage

“December and January were highlighted by persistent layers in our snowpack, but as things began to stabilize the storms started rolling in and the skiing was great. I spent a lot of days shooting photos with Jay Goodrich and video with KGB Productions, but managed a few relaxing solo days, or just shredding with friends. As […]

The POV Master Andrew Whiteford | Retallack, B.C.

Late March 2013, I had the great opportunity to visit the famed Retallack Lodge with other members of the Orage family. Banks Gilberti, Charley Ager, Tatum Monod, and I shot with Felix Rioux and Jake Strassman as Mike Nick orchestrated everything. Retallack is over the top- a delicious hearty breakfast and packed lunches allows for a full day of lapping deep, pillow filled forests before a daily Chinese Downhill […]

Andrew Whiteford, Ridiculously Deep Snow, Retallack, B.C.

Jackson Hole’s Andrew Whiteford got a big taste of British Columbia last year and he liked it. This video show’s andrew scoring big with the Orage crew at Retallack cat ski operation in B.C. The snow is deep, the snow is dry, the skiing is good, it’s just hurts our feelings to watch this.  This is the kinda skiing we […]

Andrew Whiteford’s Best Day in 2013 | Adamant Range, B.C.

words and video by Andrew Whiteford Picking a single day that stood above the others during an awesome season was a difficult but pleasant task given by Powder Magazine. After some internal debate, I went with a day of ski touring with close friends in the Adamant Range in interior BC. The confluence of several factors makes March 7, 2013 […]

15-Seconds of Andrew Whiteford Crushing Switzerland

Andrew Whiteford has been sending it in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a while now. Long enough to be considered a local badass and be on the Jackson Hole Freeride Team. No small feat. Two winters ago he actually left Jackson and hit up Switzerland during a banner year over there. Not shockingly, he fit right in over there and put up for the cameras of Meathead Films. These are the kind of videos we love and hate. They leave us stoked and unsatisfied. We suppose it’s better to be left wanting more than to have had too much. […]

The Best POV Edit Ever? Andrew Whiteford 600” at Jackson Hole in 2011

Andrew is a friend of ours, one helluva skier (Jackson Hole Freeride Team), and we haven’t had this edit on our site, yet.  We decided it’s time. This edit is from 2011 when Jackson Hole got 557” of snow as of early April when the resort closed.  We’re confident that they got over 600 inches that year.  This was a […]

Andrew Whiteford Video | The King of POV | Jackson Hole Cliffs & Powder

When you look at Andrew Whiteford on the street, you see a skinny blond kid that looks like he’d fall over if you pushed him.  By looking at him, you wouldn’t guess he’s any kinda athlete.  You’d guess he was a computer programmer or pubic accountant. Then, you put skis on him and he becomes taller, stalkier, more powerful in […]
