VIDEO: Solid Solo Summer Shred in Glacier National Park This edit is sick considering that this guy did all of this on his own. These jumps are badass and this guy planned them and built them all himself. Can you even imagine how much solo downtime this guy spent up there? We don’t think we could handle that much alone time in the middle of nowhere. Kudos to this guy. Mt. Hood, OR Conditions Report: Still Ripping in Late August Mt. Hood is about 60 miles east of Portland, Oregon and probably has the best and most consistent summer skiing in North America. Lift tickets are $62/ day and skiing is from 7 AM-2 PM.
