California Snowpack Hits Record Low | Entire State at 0% of Avg.

California’s 4 year drought is now looking dire thanks to our nearly complete lack of snowpack. The latest snow survey compiled last week is showing that all of California’s mountain snow survey sites are now at 0% of average for this time of year. 0% is bad and is the lowest survey ever taken at this time of year. “I think the previous low year would be back in the drought of 1977, and at least then we had 25-percent.
