OnTheSnow.com just released their updated snowfall predictions for North American ski resorts this 2016/17 Winter.  Their updated snowfall predictions reflect NOAA’s cancelation of the La Nina Watch.  NOAA is no longer expecting La Nina this winter (only a 40% of La Nina predicted).
