Whistler B.C. Conditions Report: Powder is Back w/ More on the Way Whistler has received almost 40cm in the last couple days making the riding on the mountain soft and powdery. This cold weather produced really light snow that almost felt like nothing when you were riding through it. Most of the mountain was really nice even until the end of the day, however on most turns you could feel the bottom of the powder. This is just because of how light this snow came down. In the next few days we can expect about another 15cm on top of this which will be a nice treat. Conditions Report Peter Wentz | February 4, 2017 0 Comments

Whistler B.C. Conditions Report: Soft, Variable, and Fast Snow Over the last week Whistler has not seen much new snow. However, it has stayed cold and what is left of the fresh snow is still soft. The resort is mainly skied out but the snow is forgiving in most areas. There were still some areas that held pockets of good snow. Today we skied mainly off of the Harmony lift on Whistler. Whistler also extended their alpine lift closing times until 3pm now. Conditions Report Peter Wentz | January 28, 2017 0 Comments
Whistler B.C. Conditions Report: 32cm Of Fresh Fun Today was probably one of the best days of the season so far. A classic wet storm slowly cooled down and delivered the goods. The last couple days it had been raining in town with wet and heavy snow up high. However, last night the temps dropped just enough for the snow to be not heavy and super fun. Whistler B.C. Conditions Report: Deep Winter Whistler received 15cm overnight on Sunday refreshing the mountain and making it soft and deep. The trees held really good and consistent snow, while the alpine was a little bit more variable conditions, but still soft. I went to Blackcomb and did a few glacier laps while the visibility was good. They were running Horstman T-Bar today which is a good sign for the rest of the season. Whistler B.C. Conditions Report: Cold Wind Buff Whistler has been cold and windy for the last week. Until today most of the alpine had been closed for the last few days due to wind. The wind has made the snow interesting for sure, super smooth and cardboard like in some sections, and deep in others. It is basically a mix of everything in the alpine and changes almost turn to turn. Conditions Report Peter Wentz | January 4, 2017 0 Comments
