Wolf Creek Ski Area, CO, Dig Out Snowcat Completely Buried by Recent Snowfall

Employees at Wolf Creek ski area in Colorado spent twelve hours digging out a snowcat completely buried under snow recently. 

In images shared to Facebook, only a pole poking out of the snow was visible.

Mining for the goods… extraction of the Horseshoe Bowl Snowcat has begun.

The resort has received 217″ of snow so far this season and has a 94″ base. 95″ of snow fell during the holiday week alone.
