Vail Resorts Announces Extended Season For Several Resorts

Several Vail Resortsโ€™ resorts announced yesterday that they will be extending their season. In the surprise announcement, Vail Mountain announced the extension would make 2021/22 the longest season in the resortโ€™s history. Vail has received around 200โ€ณ of snow this season, and the snowpack is approximately 92% of average right now. Winter Park Resort, CO Extends Season Another Week at Mary Jane to May 16th

Winter Park Resort, CO, announced yesterday that they are extending the season by a further week at Mary Jane. Originally scheduled to close April 25th, the 79โ€ณ of snow in March enabled them to extend the Mary Jane season to May 9th originally. Aspen Skiing Co. Extends Season at Snowmass, CO

Thanks to Snowiest February EVER Diamond Peak Ski Resort, NV Extends their Season

Following their DEEPEST February ever Diamond Peak Ski Resort, NV announced Monday that it is extending its season an additional week. The Mary Jane side of Winter Park resort will remain open until May 6, two weeks past its planned closing for the season, thanks to recent snowfall which has dumped 40โ€ณ on the resort in April, and more than 30โ€ณ over the previous weekend alone.
