It’s Snowing in Lake Tahoe RIGHT NOW | Up to 6” Above 7,500-Feet Photo Tour:

Yep, it’s snowing in Lake Tahoe right now at 4pm PST on September 21st, 2013. Snow levels are down to about 8,000 feet right now and should drop a bit tonight. We have confirmed snow at Mt. Rose highway, Tahoe Donner ski resort, and Mt. Rose ski resort. We’re sure there’s lots more out there. Tomorrow will be sunny and we’ll get even more confirmation of snow up high as it’ll be easy to photograph on a beautiful sunny day. First Snow-filled Forecast For Alta & Snowbird, Utah

Canada has gotten it, Montana has gotten it, Wyoming has gotten it and heck Colorado got it a month ago and even Tahoe is about to get it. SNOW Officially in Lake Tahoe’s NOAA Forecast This Weekend:

That’s right snow humans, snow is officially in NOAA’s Lake Tahoe forecast this weekend. It’s looking like the lowest snow levels will be around 8,000-feet. We’ll most likely only get a dusting, but it’ll be snow nonetheless. If this pans out, this will be very first snow of the 203/14 winter and that is a beautiful thing.
