Petition Filed To Raise Eldora Resort, CO Safety Standards Following Lift Accident

Eldora Resort, Coloradan A 6-year-old Ski School student named Marielle Larrimer fell from a lift at Eldora Ski Resort on February 22nd. Marielle was loaded on the lift with another ski school student when she fell from the chair, injuring her pelvis and leg. You Can Own This Colorado Ski Area For $1.5-Million

Be careful out there! MSN Colorado is known for its unstable snowpack, but this season has been especially troublesome. Arizona Supreme Court Rules Against Hopi Tribe In Snowmaking Lawsuit

The Hopi tribe just lost an ongoing legal battle with the town of Flagstaff. The lawsuit concerns the cityโ€™s sale of reused wastewater to Arizona Snowbowl for snowmaking. Lake Louise Ski Resort, AB Faces $2.1-Million Fine For Threatening Endangered Trees

The Lake Louise Ski Area, in Alberta, Canada was just fined $2.1 million dollars. In a lawsuit brought on by Parks Canada, the ski resort was found guilty of illegally cutting down 140 trees.
