Mountain Capital Partners (MCP) has agreed to become the majority owner of Valle Nevado, Chile, reports Ski Area Management. Epic Expands Offering in the Italian Dolomites to Include Australian Epic Pass

Vail Resorts Inc. announced that access to its Epic partner Skirama Dolomiti in Italy had been expanded to include Epic Australia and Epic Adaptive Pass holders, effective immediately. Utah Surpasses Last Seasonโ€™s Peak Total Snowpackโ€”And itโ€™s Only Mid-January

As of Wednesday, Utahโ€™s median snowpack is sitting at approximately 191% of normal for this time of year, according to the Salt Lake City office of the National Weather Service. Utah has achieved 80% of its median peak snowpack, already exceeding last seasonโ€™s peak total snowpack water amounts. Powder Mountain, UT, Report: Perfect Cliff Jumping Snow

The Snow Gods have been good to us. We arrived at Powder Mountain this morning at 9:30 to over a foot of new snow.  It was warm, wet powder that skied smooth and fast.  The coverage at Pow Mow is fantastic right now.
